Spade

The spad is the tool that is used for digging the earth or removing soil from the earth. In early days, the spade was made up of wooden but now this has changed. The spades are made in many designs, sometimes the people get confused with the shovel with the spade, the shovel have the broad bottomed and they are very good in moving the loose materials. But the spade has the pointed end and they are best in digging the earth. The most common spade is the garden spade that has a long handle as they are wide and they are threaded. The Irish spade is very common to the garden spade with the same design but has the thinner head when compared to garden spade. Loy ploughing is the form of manual ploughing that is done in theIrelandusing the spade that is called as the spade. This was used in a very small farms and hilly grounds where they couldn’t afford horses for ploughing. In the garden, the spade is used as the digging tool they join with the fork and become more important one in the agriculture and horticulture. The spade is also used in the oil and chemical process industries to give the positive isolation from the centre. They are also used in kitchenware, certain ice-cream scoops are spades.
